Where are you based, and does that affect how we work together?
Our headquarters are in Tallinn, Estonia, with delivery teams in Poland and Ukraine. In practice, it works really smoothly — we overlap well with European time zones and have plenty of experience working with clients in the US and beyond. Distance hasn’t been a problem for any of our long-term clients.
How quickly can you put a team together?
Faster than most. Thanks to Ukraine’s deep engineering talent pool, we can typically onboard the first engineers within 2–3 weeks. For larger teams, we’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront — no overpromising.
Do you work with startups or only larger companies?
Both. We genuinely enjoy working with early-stage startups — there’s something exciting about building from scratch. We also work with established companies that need to scale their teams or modernize their tech. The common thread is that our clients care about quality.
