How to apply
We’ve kept the process to four steps because nobody enjoys a six-round interview marathon. You’ll know where you stand at every stage, you’ll never be left waiting without an update, and if it’s not a match, we’ll tell you honestly — no ghosting. From first call to first day, the whole thing usually takes two to three weeks.
Phone Interview
A relaxed 20-minute call to get to know each other. We’ll ask about your background and what you’re looking for — and you should ask us anything too.
Interview with C-Level
A deeper conversation about how you think and work. No trick questions — we just want to see how you approach problems and what drives you.
Traineeship
A short paid trial where you work on a real task with the team. It’s the best way for both sides to know if it’s a genuine fit.
Full-Time Employment
If it clicks, we make it official. You join the team, get onboarded properly, and start building things that matter from day one.

Do I need to have prior work experience?
No. This program is built for people who are at the beginning of their path. What matters is that you’re motivated, you learn fast, and you show up consistently.
Is the mentorship paid?
Yes. From day one you’re compensated fairly — because your time and effort have real value, even while you’re learning.
How much time do I need to commit?
Full-time. This isn’t a side course — you’ll be working as part of the team. That’s what makes the growth real and fast.
Will I be working on real projects?
Yes, always. You won’t be given dummy tasks to keep you busy. You’ll contribute to actual products with real users and real deadlines.
What happens after the mentorship ends?
If it’s a strong fit on both sides, we’ll offer you a full-time position. We’ve done it before and we hope to do it again.
What if I get stuck or fall behind?
That’s what your mentor is for. You won’t be left to figure things out alone — the whole point is that someone more experienced is walking alongside you.
