Automated Scheduling and Invoicing: Implementing a reliable automated scheduling system that coordinates appointments for multiple photographers across different locations required overcoming complexities related to calendar synchronization, time zone differences, and minimizing double bookings. Similarly, automating invoicing presented challenges in handling varying fee structures and service packages.

User Role Management: Creating a system that effectively supports different user roles (Photographer, Admin, Agent) with specific permissions and functionalities required careful development and testing. Ensuring that each role could access only the necessary tools without interference or confusion was critical to the user experience.
